Manhattan Summer Winds musicians have the incredible opportunity to perform fun, engaging music for hundreds of New York City public parks visitors; learn from visiting composers and conductors; and participate in our biennial Outdoor Composition Contest. Musicians hail from throughout the tri-state area and come from a multitude of musical backgrounds, ranging from amateur to professional experience.
